No. If you can use email and edit a text document, you can use the dashboard. At delivery you get a training session, and you can ask for guidance whenever you need it.
No. The initial conversation is meant to gather what already exists. Many companies start with a list of services, a logo and phone photos. The content comes from you, since you know the business, and we organize it, structure it into pages and adjust the presentation. Full copywriting is a separate service.
With the material in hand, 15 to 30 days from scope approval. If text or photos are still missing, the timeline follows your pace of sending them.
No. The site is built around your brand: your colors, your logo, your photos, your services and the section order that makes sense for your audience. A clinic and a hardware store don't get the same page. And before anything goes live, you review it all and request whatever adjustments you want: nothing gets published without your approval.
The setup fee covers the development and customization of your site, and reserves the production slot. The monthly fee covers hosting, security, backup and support once the site is live.
Hosting, an automatically renewed HTTPS certificate, daily backup, uptime monitoring, security updates and support. Plus the dashboard, with unlimited changes made by you. Annual payment in full gets a 15% discount. The domain is registered in your name and paid directly to the registrar; if you already have one, we point the site to it.
The ones you make yourself in the dashboard are unlimited. If you'd rather have us do it for you, up to 2 small changes per month are included. Beyond that, we quote it separately.
Yes, 12 months from the site's launch. After that, the monthly fee continues month to month, with no new contract. If you cancel earlier, the remaining installments through the 12 months are due, since the monthly fee is calculated based on the full contract. In any case, the content is yours and can be exported.
Yes, at any time. You pay the difference in setup fee between packages and start paying the new monthly fee. The site isn't rebuilt and the address stays the same. An additional language follows the same logic.
Yes. We deliver the site already registered with Google, with every page described in a way search engines understand. For your company name and searches like "service + city", you typically show up within the first few weeks. More competitive terms require frequently published content, and that's where the dashboard works in your favor: you publish whenever you want, with no charge per new page.
